All aboard the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad for a front-row view of some of the most pristine rivers, tremendous trestles and remarkable historic structures hidden throughout the Great Smoky Mountains and Nantahala National Forest during peak fall foliage season!

LEAF PEEPING SEASON is right around the corner and there is no better way to enjoy the mesmerizing, kaleidoscope of colors along the ridges of the Great Smoky Mountains than aboard a nostalgic passenger train. We will also stop in the Nantahala Gorge at the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) for a stop by the river midday through the excursion!

• Coach Plus+ offers a 4-top booth seating with a wood table in between them. The cars feature classically themed windows you can open to get the fresh air on your trip. Ceiling fans and heat for comfort. Bathrooms available.

• There is also a stair lift to board the train. Please let Kristin know ahead of time so we can arrange accommodation.

• Concessions cart has food, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
